CarPal Technologies was founded by Kevin Covington after more than a decade working directly in automotive retail.

Years spent inside dealerships revealed a persistent problem: many of the most important moments in the customer journey are still managed through disconnected systems, phone calls, text messages, spreadsheets, and last-minute coordination.

CarPal Technologies was created to solve those operational gaps with focused, practical software built around the way dealerships and customers actually work.

The company's first major platform, Delivery Day OS™, was born from one of the industry's most overlooked challenges: coordinating everything required to deliver a vehicle smoothly after the sale.
